- Netherlands: € 8.95, and free from € 40
- Belgium: € 12.95

- Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia: from € 17.95
- United Kingdom: from € 12.95

- Collection from our shop in Sneek: free
Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs depend on weight; the from price applies up to 2 kg. Your cart always shows the exact amount before you pay. We do not charge VAT on orders to the United Kingdom and the United States, but the destination country may charge import duties, taxes or clearance fees.
Delivery time
We prepare your order as quickly as possible on working days. You will receive a message with a track and trace code as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Let us know within that period, after which you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Please return the product unused and in its original packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot take back a bottle whose seal has been broken after delivery.
How to send something back
- Email us at oceanart058@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back with sufficient postage. The cost of the return shipment is yours.
- Within 14 days of notifying us, you will get the purchase amount back, including the original shipping costs. We may wait until the product has been returned to us.
Something broken or not delivered properly?
Let us know with a photo and we will sort it out. You do not need to start a return procedure for that.
